About Amy Amazon Shoes
How tall are you?
Does your store have a physical location? Where is it located? Or where is your online store based? Do you offer international shipping?
I am an affiliate blogger, online only, specializing in women’s shoes size 11 and up and hosiery for tall women.
What inspired you to start your tall fashion store or blog?
I love beautiful shoes, and I am a women’s size 12, so I know how hard it can be to find trendy shoes in extended sizes. I wanted to connect with other tall women and also help them to find the shoes that they wanted.
Tell us about your store/blog.
We specialize in women’s shoes size 11 to 15, all styles and designs. I like to hunt for rare finds and deals online, such as designer shoes in extended sizes and post them on my social media. I look for high quality hosiery and tights that are made to fit tall women with long legs.
What do you love about your store/blog? What are your challenges?
I love hunting for beautiful shoes and helping other women with larger size feet find what they want and feel beautiful. I love connecting with other tall women and sharing the good and the challenges of being tall. My challenge is not buying all the beautiful shoes myself, since I’m a certified shoe addict! 🙂
What do you think about our options in tall fashion now compared to when you were growing up?
We have a lot more choices in tall fashion now than when I was a teenager 30 years ago. It was almost impossible to find clothing or shoes to fit me. The Internet has fortunately changed that. But I still think we can do better. Tall women’s clothing still doesn’t keep up with the fashion trends as well as it could.
Do you read tall blogs? Who are your favorites and why?
I have visited a few tall blogs and Twitter profiles. I enjoy your blog because, like me, you focus on keeping it positive and you connect and celebrate being tall, while offering real world solutions to the challenges we have.
Anything else you would like to share?
My website name was the nick name that my mom gave me growing up as a kid. I used to hate it! I now show it proudly to the world!
*Note from Sheri Ann: Amy stated that as a rule, she does not post personal photos of herself online. That is why there are no pics of her included in the post.
Thank you so much Amy! I think the nickname your mom gave you is adorable!
